WHEN – WHERE – WHO	Around 00:45′ am on Nov 16th, 2023, the liquid oxygen tanker truck was on its way from Binh Duong province to Ban Me Thuat city, reaching Dak Mil town, Dak Nong province, when an incident occurred.
WHY – HOW	The tank truck’s rear tire was burned Fire fighting Police came to handle it. Not sure its root cause. Guess the cause: It may be by the brakes are locked, and/or the bearings are locked due to lack of lubrication, and/or the wheels have weak air, etc.,
DAMAGED	Tanker were damaged
