WHAT	A liquid Oxygen container (LGC) was exploded while it was moving into the company
WHEN – WHERE – WHO	About 18:45 on 28-08-2023 at Thien Phuc Company located in Quang Trung Industrial Cluster, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province
WHY – HOW	Workers unload this liquid Oxygen from the truck and moving it into the workshop of the company. It was exploded during his moving.
DAMAGED	1 man died at once at the site 1 man was burning in his whole body and transferred to a hospital The truck and a few motorbikes were broken
LESSON LEARNED	The LGC must be checked before filling and delivering The LGC must be inspected periodically as local regulation The LGC should be moved by specialized trolleys, to avoid collisions and falls during the move
