WHEN – WHERE – WHO	In the morning of Sep 5th, 2023 at the Yen Phu Primary School, Yen Dinh District, Thanh Hoa province, Northern Vietnam
WHY – HOW	Balloons are used to decorate the stage on the school opening ceremony. After the program ended, some pupils ran up to the stage to get the ball. At that time, a teacher who was smoking passed by, and the ball exploded.
DAMAGED	10 pupils was burn and transferred to the hospital
LESSON LEARNED	Don’t use hydrogen gas to inflate balloon Don’t use hydrogen balloon for school ceremonies, events, etc., Don’t leave hydrogen balloon near a sources of fire, heat or power
