WHY – HOW	NH3 used for ice production plant NH3 gas used to produce ice has leaked from its piping and released into the environment Firefighters and military forces must wear protective gear and anti-poison masks inside to handle it Residences living around this unit were told to evacuate immediately for safety. The route was also blocked.
