Launching the 2025 Project “SAFETY WITH TOXIC GASES”

With the approval of the Department of Foreign Affairs – Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on March 19, 2025, AIGA VN, in collaboration with the Vietnam Chemicals Agency, organized a webinar titled “GENERAL KNOWLEDGE ABOUT TOXIC GASES”. The goal was to share knowledge and provide guidance to enhance safety awareness regarding toxic gases.

The webinar featured opening remarks by Mr. Vuong Thanh Chung – Director of the Chemical Incident Response and Safety Center, Vietnam Chemicals Agency (VINACHEMIA), and Mr. Erik Mota – Chief Representative of AIGA VN.

This was followed by technical presentations and a Q&A session. The technical presentations were delivered by experts from AIGA VN member companies:

  • @Vu Minh Hoang (Nippon Sanso VN)

  • @Bui Van Xuan (Messer in VN)

  • and an expert from AIGA Asia: @Mathilda Loh (Linde PLC – Asia).

The webinar attracted 152 participants, including HSE professionals, individuals involved in Production, Maintenance, Product Delivery & Transportation, Customer Service, and Corporate Management from AIGA VN member companies, as well as relevant domestic and international organizations.

The webinar was successfully conducted and received highly positive feedback from participants. Some of the comments included:
